To our Valued Customers and Friends,

For the last 24 years Weiser’s Market has been a part of the Akron community. During that time our family has grown to love our employees, our customers and this town. We thank you for allowing us to be a part of Akron and its many community activities. I have learned so much about myself, the grocery business and the true sense of community during my time in Akron.

As much as we have enjoyed being a part of the community and have appreciated the town’s loyalty to our store, the time has come for us to permanently close our doors here in Akron. Saturday February 11, 2023 will be the last day we are open.

Although we are closing our doors in Akron, we will continue to serve the area through our store in Lititz. All of our Akron employees will be offered positions at our Lititz location. While you won’t see me on a regular basis, I look forward to seeing many of you as I continue to be a part of the community and the Akron Lions Club.

Lastly, I would like to say THANK YOU.  If I could say it a million times I would. Thank you for supporting me and my family over the years. The kindness, care and compassion you have shown to us has been nothing short of amazing.  Thank you for the many friendships and memories we have made here,  we will cherish them for many years to come. So many of our customers have become more like family to us and we will definitely be leaving a piece of our hearts here in Akron.
