Courtesy of Schnucks 4 Servings • 5 Min. Prep Time • 15-30 Min. Cook Time
Ingredients
1 (2-ct.) pkg. cedar grilling planks
1-1/2 lb. fresh Atlantic salmon fillet, cut into 6 equal pieces or 4 Schnucks Natural boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lbs.)
favorite, marinade, rub or sauce such as Culinaria rubs or sear-n-crust, Weber Grill Creations® seasonings and marinades or Sweet Baby Ray's® barbecue sauce

Directions:

1. Submerge cedar planks in water at least 30 min.

2. Meanwhile, in 13x9-in. rimmed baking pan, prepare salmon or chicken with desired rub, marinade or sauce. Let stand at room temperature while grill preheats.

3. Prepare outdoor grill for indirect grilling over high heat. Place 3 pieces salmon, skin side down, or 2 chicken breast halves on each plank. Cover grill and cook salmon 15 to 30 min. or until fish is almost opaque throughout and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Or, cook chicken 25 to 35 min. or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. For easier handling, with tongs, carefully transfer planks from grill to large rimmed baking pan.
